A volcanoes is a natural monster, you can not stop them from erupting or stop what the damage they can do. We can only read the vibrations from one to find out what they are doing and when they are going to explode. When they explode the ground starts to move and shake. It can split the ground causing holes to open up and this is how the molten lava spills out over everything in its path.

It can cause damage to your home and your property. Volcanoes have lava that can destroy anything because it will burn it to nothing in seconds. Everything in the path of the lava will be destroyed. Lava can start thing on fire like when you let a match. Volcanoes are very dangerous people lose their live, homes, even their towns. Volcanoes cause stray ash to fall from the sky then they explode and it will cover everything in sight barring it. The ashes can do damage to, they may not look like it can but it will.

The lava is thousands of degrees hot, just from the heat it can melt or burn anything near it. When it explodes you will see nothing but gray and black smoke coming from the top of it and reddish orange streams coming down the sides of it. It can take a town in minutes or in hours depending on how big the eruption is and how far it gets. It can damage acres and acres of land. It destroys wildlife and their homes. Plants and trees will be destroyed. If the lava runs into your town, streets will be covered with red hot lava, home and building will be gone, and fires will be everywhere.

Did you know that lava can burn or melt the tires on your cars right off the rims? It can also melt glass like butter if it comes in contact with it. If a volcano explodes there will be panic and evacuations to get everyone to safety. This is why scientists do readings 24 hours a day unstop so they can keep an eye on them. If there is just the smallest movement on the paper they will check into it.

In the United States is has been discovered that Yellowstone National Park sits on top of a mega volcano that could even cause planetary destruction. This one might not erupt for another 10,000 years, then again, it could erupt tomorrow. It is due to erupt according to the scientific studies that been done. This could send the smoke and ash around the world. It could cause crop failures and cover miles and miles of land with ash and deadly gases.
